The Conference was opened in 1840, after the Revolution of The Two Sicilies. Great Britain organized the congress and invited the diplomats of Austria, France, North Italy, and Naples.
- Great Brtiain: Our goal is to stabilize the peace of the Italian peninsula, and peacefully solve the crises. I ask everyone to explain your claims.
- Austria: We don't want more land in Italy than we actually have.
- The Two Sicilies: We want to join the Federation.
- Italy: We want an united Italy, with all countries joining the Federation. To not start any new wars, the Federation would like to buy peacefully lands considered Italian, Corsega and Austria occupied north Italy.
