Edward, Crown Prince of Neubayern (full name: Edward Hunter Albert Robin) is the eldest son of Kaiserin Aria of Neubayern and her Britannian husband the The Prince Consort.
Edward is currently heir apparent to the Neubayer throne. If he succeeds to the throne, Edward will become the first male Neubayer monarch in two generations. He is the second grandchild and great-grandchild of the late Kaiserin Helena and her father Prince August of Neubayern respectively. Since 1062 Edward has also been Prince of the Mountains (heir to the throne of the Rossians).
Edward is the first member born into the House of Hohensberg to bear an English name. While a German translation of his name exists (Eduard Jäger Albrecht Robin), it is not entirely accurate and is not used in any of his identification documents, nor is it used by the media to identify him; his English name is almost exclusively used.
Prince Edward is a polyglot: from birth he has been taught to understand, speak, read and write in German, English, Dutch, Donetskian and Orientalian — he uses German and English most frequently to communicate with his parents and family, and is fluent in both languages. He is recognised to be extremely intelligent, as the son of a respected Britannian engineer and talented Neubayer artist, and has been named a child prodigy on multiple occasions. He currently attends the prestigious Rhineburg City Central College independent public school.
