Relations with Montenegro, Albania and PondusEdit

Montenegro, Albania and Pondus are de facto puppets of Italy, but there are no official treaties. The Italian Social Republic is seeking to formalise the relations with these three states under a Commonwealth, or Association Pact, lead by Italy.

Administrative divisionsEdit

The Italian Social Republic is divided into eleven regions:

  • Piedmont (Piemonte)
  • Liguria
  • South Lombardy (Sud Lombardia)
  • Venetia (Venezia')
  • Tuscany (Toscana)
  • Emilia-Romagna
  • Marche
  • Umbria
  • Lazio
  • Abruzzo
  • Molise

and three autonomous republics:

  • Istria and the Slavic Littoral
  • South Tyrol and Trentino
  • the Aosta Valley

The following territories are official colonies of Italy:

  • Colony of West Libya
  • Italian Colony of Eritrea
  • Italian Colony of Somaliland

Southern ItalyEdit

The Italian Social Republic claims the southern part of the Italian peninsula as the provinces of:

  • Calabria
  • Naples (Napoli)
  • Apulia (Puglia)

The Italian Social Republic claims the islands of Sicily and Sardinia as the Autonomous Republic of Sicily and the Autonomous Republic of Sardinia.

There are plans to annex the Aegean Islands held by Italy (including the North Aegean, Sporadic and Cycladic island groups) into Italy proper as either an Autonomous Republic, a Special Administrative Region or a proper Region. In any situation, the Italian Aegean Islands would not be further subdivided into provinces.
