Idea

This game is a youth culture gamer game type. Street gangs, corrupt police, smugglers, gangsters, corrupted banker, business men, terrorists, mutinous state officials, corrupt mayoral candidates, Chechen separatists, gay rights activists and biker gangs rule OK! Remember, you need a lot of upper body strength and corporate ad driven consumerism in local governance to win this to!
