Algorithm
Alright, so due to time constraints, I need someone to deal with both the Battle of Detroit and New England Campaign algorithms. Just a warning: due to the limitations of the squad-based algorithm, I may be forced to sub-divide the battles into phases, which may take 5 or 10 algorithm turns per in-game turn. And these may take place in a specific section of each location mentioned. For example: Detroit may be split into multiple sections of the city, whereas New England will be subdivided into the cities where combat occurs AND further subdivided into sections of the battle site. I also updated the two algorithms to account for additional tactics, after a period of time doing research. So, while I set up the algorithm template, mind someone filling in the details? A car bomb kills 6 US Army troops and injures 17 troops and civilians in Detroit. The BLIM is suspected to be involved in the attack.
Local militias in Salado, Texas clash with government forces and NSL insurgents.
A riot breaks out in New York's Harlem district, specifically Quarantine Zone Delta, after an infected New Yorker was brutally shot to death by National Guard troops deployed to guard the city's quarantine zones.
The WHO announces the beginning of the distribution of vaccines to infected citizens across the globe. The initial distribution begins in India, East Asia, the former UK, and continental Western Europe by the week's end.
Democratic Front forces assault a convoy en route to Los Angeles carrying Lt. Col. James F. Calvin. Conflicting reports emerge from both sides with the Democratic Front claiming the death of the commanding officer of Los Angeles Quarantine Zone Echo, and government forces claiming the defeat of the rebel assault.
- President Jerry T. Peterson: (Public)I, President Jerry T. Peterson of the United States, grow worried of the recent attacks in Detroit and LA, as well the unrest in New York, and order General Walters to begin the immediate lockdown of the rest of New York City, with no movement outside the city allowed, except for essential personnel. He is given 400 battalions to operate across the East Coast, General Luong 400 on the West Coast, General Pierce 400 for the American Midwest, General Neller 400 for the Gulf Coast, General Abrams 400 for Hawaii, General Wilson 400 for Alaska and General Goldfein is given 400 for the American territories, as well as Admiral Swift's support for Navy operations in those territories and protection against foreign threats. The remaining 14 battalions are to be placed on reserve until ordered otherwise. I, on behalf of the American people, am currently requesting the WHO to begin distribution of vaccines by the end of the month to ensure that shipments arrive safely. In retaliation for the attempt on the life of Lt.Col. Calvin's life by the so-called "Democratic Front", General Luong is ordered to begin a crackdown on suspected rebels and sympathisers, with the hopes that the threats to this nation will be dealt with. (Secret) January 12, 2027, personal notes: With Lt. Col. Calvin dead, the situation in California gives me some concern as I write down these notes. I already dealt with those lousy media outlets, in an attempt to make sure word never gets out of his death yet, though this nation's stability is becoming more troubling than what I initially expected. It appears I may have to deal with Flynn and his renegades before anything else, and before I move on to the other rebel groups. Another day, another night here writing notes. Oh well. Here is to the new America.
- Addendum 1 (Detroit): With the assault on Detroit by the BLIM insurgents, an additional 20,000 troops are deployed to Detroit, along with 8 additional Abrams tanks, three squadrons of AH-64 Apache helicopters, a squadron of A-10C Warthogs and at least 3 B-52 Stratofortress bombers. The troops already stationed there are ordered by General Pierce to eliminate all opposition, and wipe out the insurgents with impunity, and air strikes are to begin against the insurgents there.
- Addendum 2 (New England): With priority being given to terminating Flynn and his renegades, three squadrons of A-10C Warthogs, a squadron of F-18E Super Hornets, and a squadron of F-35 Lightning IIs, along with a force of 20,000 troops, 10 Abrams tanks, 5 M270A1 rocket launchers and 8 M777 howitzers are deployed by General Walters to deal with the renegades. These will be supported by two squadrons of AH-64 Apaches and a squadron of UH-60 Blackhawks, each carrying 11 Green Berets to conduct special operations behind hostile lines.
- Jess Lacy: We offer gang members Reconciliation with the Black community if they join our ranks. We have a goal to raise 100,000 members using all available recruits. We also ask that the Nation of Islam and the New Black Panther Party's members join our ranks. We launch an assault on Black Majority Detroit, Jackson, and Miami Gardens. We request an alliance with the free Aztlan Movement. We work on getting vaccines from the Government by raiding hospitals and health centers. We build tunnels from underground garages in case we have to escape these cities.
- Michael T. Flynn of the FAA: We control Rhode Island state and assent town of South Attleboro, Massachusetts; save for some pockets in the north of Rhode Island State FAA Rhode Island Republic . 3 of our 4 rogue Army battalions join Flynn (Typically a battalion consists of 300 to 800 soldiers and here he calls it at 500) in his home town of Middletown, Rhode Island and our territorial borders are secured by 150 border guards in the newly formulated Border Guards Company (A company is a military unit, typically consisting of 80–250 soldiers and here he calls it at 150). Middleton is fortified. The 4th and final rogue army battalion hold control on East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Providence is under the control of the only rogue USMC battalion. A few troops patrol in Portsmouth, Rhode Island; Pawtucket, Rhode Island; Newport, Rhode Island and Bristol County, Rhode Island. The 1 one navy vessel of worth is USS Freedom (LCS 1) Freedom class of littoral combat ships. The other 2 lesser vessels are USS Champion (MCM-4) Avenger-class mine countermeasures ships USS Zephyr Cyclone class patrol coastal ship. They are at the navy base in Newport, Rhode Island. Civil ships dock mostly at Portsmouth, Rhode Island. The 4 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet fighters, 1 Boeing F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and 6 McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle accrue at Newport State Airport. T. F. Green Airport undergos heavy repairs, but some light civil aircraft\helicopters and the 2 rogue Lockheed P-3 Orion still use it. North Central State Airport accrues the Coast Guard aircraft, 6 Blackhawk, 3 Cobra and 3 Apache helicopters. We fly a a dozen UAVs a few miles over the border to see how things are developing out there. Westerly State Airport remains fenced off and is used mostly by UAV crews, storage crews, 1 McDonnell Douglas CF-18 Hornet, and the local border guards. The Harbor Freight Tools shop, hardware store, South Attleboro is looted by the FAA for supplies and tools. A dissident marine is put on trial and shot for dereliction of duty Bristol County Courthouse. A few set a few land mines and several sea mines on the beaches at Narragansett, Rhode Island. Block Island is guarded by some sea mines, land mines, 15 troopers, and an Apache helicopter. 15 howitzers, 10 M1A1 Abrahams, 1 M60 Patton (in disrepair), 10 M8 Armored Gun System, 5 Bradley Fighting Vehicle, 10 M1128 Mobile Gun System, 1 XM1201 Reconnaissance and Surveillance Vehicle (in disrepair), 1 M60 AVLB, 1 M728 Combat Engineer Vehicle are in there Providence depot. 20 trucks, 6 Bradley Fighting Vehicles and 6 M1126 Infantry Carrier Vehicles cars wander around various parts of the State of Rhode Island. the Local Captain Douglas W. Mikatarian becomes Michael T. Flynn's deputy. Neport Navel Base hs the rebel Coast Guard ships.
- Flynn FAA Spying: We get to notice that President Jerry T. Peterson is apparently planning an attack. We put our air force in the air, chuck some land mines around our borders and send the navy on patrol. 2 of the army battalions in Middelton join the border defense patrols. The combat vehicles at Providence depot start trundling around the national boundary and the artillery come out in the capital. We use a local IT firm to launch a low level assault on the Pro-Peterson Loyalists' computers and wipe 100 inmate's criminal records, crash a power station for the day, crash 2 library's internet terminals for the day and expose the identity of 30 gay sailors who did not want to be outed which we then publish. (secret) The 1 MLRS unit crawls away and hides in a secluded part of the southern portion of the state in a cunning plan (you will find out what the plan is if you invade)(end secret). 100 locals are conscripted in to Flynn's forces and given a gun and a knife. We fly a a dozen more UAVs a few miles over the border to see how things are developing out there. 50 BGM-71 TOW units are scattered around the nation and 2 Patriot batteries defend the capitol city. We start looking for enemy spies, but none are unearthed as of yet.
- BLIM Diplomacy to Free American Army: We request an alliance to stop the evils that the current regime is doing. We also request that we purchase some Anti-Aircraft Guns to stop the United States Government from ravaging Detroit.
- Flynn FAA Michael T. Flynn agrees to the alliance. We give them some anti-aircraft guns and a light tank (the tank will arrive in kit form for assembly in Detroit with the right technical skill.).
- Basil Forrest: We set up in the foot hills of NC where we use hit and run tactics on US army convoys, we recruit more young white men and send out so troops to take over smaller towns in NC We ask he Southern Secessionist Forces for a alliance.
- Free Aztlán Army: The group is split up into different areas of work, as the FAA works on going to Latino communities and setting up areas to get new troops. The group begin to work on sucking in smaller group promising them more weapons and better structure of command. The group begins to work on different leaders for different states. We begin to seep inot rurla areas taking control of towns and cities mostly ruling with a light hand.
- New England Forces for Secession: We tell Michael T.Flynn that there is an Increasing Amount of the Army wanting to Terminate you.We will help you in Stopping these Menaces in Return for a Formal Alliance and A little Help For the Independence for New England.We now Currently Control Connecticut and Rhode Island. (Flynn already holds most of Rhode Island state- FAA Rhode Island Republic ) We have 2 Battalions of 10,000 Soldiers each.We ask for mechanical Support from Michael T.Flynn.We are Fighting for Freedom from the Rogue U.S Government and we will Get our Independence Even if it have to be done by Force.We send in 1,000 Soldiers to help The Free American Army in Defeating the Rogue U.S Regime.
- Colonel Samuel Genovese (NEFS's Head General): After Colonel Samuels Promotion to Head General he decides to keep his offical rank at Colonel out of humbleness but to accept the Head General's Responsibilities and request that he be given 2,000 Troops to launch a Guerilla Warfare Campaign in Maine against the US MILITARY. However in the meantime Colonel Samuel has the 500 former Maine National Guard Soldiers under his command begin construction on a tunnel network into Canada which they will use to smuggle weapons into Maine to arm the rebels. They begin smuggling operations 2 months later. - Michael T.Flynn\FAA: We agree to the alliance and send them some guns and hand grenades. We let New England take those parts in the north of Rhode Island we don't yet hold (white on the map).

- Flynn FFA carbombers: A FAA car bomb blows up in a Albany, New York at a Peterson US government office car-park. 2 are killed and 3 injured. The car bomber also died. The 50% of the Rhode Island National Guard who did not flee the Flynn regime are re-activated.
