Scenario

The year is 1989. It is about setting up legal bus, vodka, car, taxi, radio and TV cartels in the Siberian cities of Tobolsk, Chelyabinsk, Magnitogorsk. Perm and Yekaterinburg.

Idea

This game is a youth culture gamer game type. Street gangs, corrupt police, corrupted bankers, businessmen, sales reps, smugglers, gangsters, corrupt mayoral candidates, Chechen separatists, gay rights activists and biker gangs rule. OK! Remember, you need a lot of upper body strength and corporate ad driven consumerism in local governance to win this, too!
